Payment to Trust Account
-All consumer funds paid to the company or its agent must be paid into the Trust Account within 2 business days from payment date.
-Until travellers have returned from their holidays, all funds paid are to be held by an independent trustee and be released only if the contract has been performed. Evidence that the contract has been performed must be provided to the trustee before any release of funds
-Evidence that the contract has been performed must be provided to the trustee before any release of funds.
-In the event of cancellation, evidence must show that full cancellation fees have been charged and that money has been forfeited on cancellation by the traveller.
-In the event of full refund or partial refund made to the traveller, evidence must show that full or part of the monies have been refunded to the traveller.
